3726574 - Hyperlink for "Document ID" in Compensation Dashboard does not respect RBP

In a Compensation Dashboard, the hyperlink for "Document ID" does not respect RBP causing an issue where data visible outside of target population is visible.

• SAP SuccessFactors Platform
• Report Center > Tiles & Dashboards

1. Open the Dashboard report containing the Document ID column with hyperlinks.
2. Click on the hyperlink to access the compensation worksheet.
3. Observe that users are able to see data visible outside of their target population.

The system does not enforce Role-Based Permissions (RBP) restrictions when accessing documents via hyperlinks in dashboards.

As a workaround, it is advised to create two versions of the report:

1. One version for non-admin users without the Document ID column in the dashboard.

2. Another version for admin users with access to the Document ID column.
