3726608 - Higher Duty Allowance Not Recalculated After Change In Compensation For Nominal Assignment - Employee Central

• Higher Duties Allowance (HDA) does not update or recalculate when there is a change in the compensation for the nominal assignment. The system does not dynamically refresh the HDA value after salary adjustment.

1. Configure the Calculation of Estimated Allowance for Higher Duty or Temporary Assignment;
2. Set the Higher Duties Allowance (HDA);
3. Change compensation for the nominal assignment;
4. Observe that the system does not recalculate the allowance based on the updated salary.

By standard system design, the Higher Duty Assignment is not automatically updated based on changes made in the nominal assignment. Updates to the Higher Duty Assignment must be applied manually after the change is completed in the nominal assignment.

1. Manually update the necessary fields in the "Higher Duty or Temporary Assignment Details" object after the substantive salary change.
2. Adjust the employee’s compensation information directly in the Compensation portlet associated with the Higher Duty profile.
3. Import compensation for Higher Duty for mass changes;
