3726679 - In ME21N, stock type is Unrestricted although QM is active

New purchase order (PO) is created in transaction ME21N.

In purchase order item, stock type is automatically determined as Unrestricted use, although QM is active in the Material Master of the affected material-plant combination. 

The term 'QM is active' means that at least one stock-relevant inspection type is activated.

According to SAP Note 789114, an inspection type is stock-relevant if:

-It has inspection lot origin 01, 04, 05, 08 or 09

AND

-Indicator 'Insp. for HU' is deactivated.
