This can result in missing items, incomplete search results, or inconsistent references. To proactively avoid these issues and maintain workspace integrity, a re‑indexing of the workspace is recommended after major content additions.

To prevent workspace misalignment and ensure accurate indexing in SAP Signavio, customers should request a workspace re‑indexing after performing any of the following:

• Installation of any Value Accelerator
• An SGX import of a diagram containing many dictionary items
• Importing a large number of dictionary items

A full re‑index ensures that all newly added objects are synchronized, searchable, and correctly referenced across the Signavio workspace.
