• Admins can download preview users from assignment profiles and view user details outside their domain access.

SuccessFactors Learning

1. Navigate to Learning Administration.
2. Go to Role Management and search for the admin role.
3. Confirm that the admin role has domain restriction on the user entity (e.g., domain: AAA).
4. Go to Assignment Profile and search for a specific profile.
5. Verify that the rule is set to a different domain (e.g., BBB).
6. Click "Download Preview Users" and observe that user details in domain BBB are exported.

As confirmed with the engineering team, this behavior is working as expected.

To prevent admins from accessing user details via "Download Preview Users":

• Remove their permission to view Assignment Profiles.
• Alternatively, apply domain restrictions to assignment profiles according to specific business requirements.
