3726931 - Template allocation is still applied in receiving plant despite transfer control in cost estimate

In a multistep costing scenario across plants, a material in the receiving plant still shows template allocation in the cost estimate even though:

• The cost is transferred from another plant through transfer control, and
• The user expects the receiving plant to keep exactly the transferred cost without applying additional template logic.

This may create the impression that template allocation is incorrectly triggered in the receiving plant and may affect the release of the cost estimate.
