3726939 - PM / maintenance order costs from previous fiscal year cannot be settled in the new fiscal year with PER settlement rule

A maintenance order or PM order still has unsettled costs from a previous fiscal year.

When settlement is executed in the new fiscal year, the system issues the message:

“Either the sender is already settled, or there is nothing left to settle.”

In some cases, the order only contains periodic settlement rules (PER), and settlement is attempted in the new fiscal year for costs posted in the prior fiscal year.

Running KO88 with Full Settlement processing type may still not settle these old costs.
