Symptom
- In the Manage My Data quick actions in SuccessFactors app in Microsoft Teams, some dropdown fields do not display the full list of options if the dropdown is clicked more than once.
- In the Manage My Data quick actions in SuccessFactors app in Microsoft Teams, after selecting a value and moving focus to another field, clicking the same dropdown again can fail to expand the full options list, preventing selection of a different value.

Reproducing the Issue
- Open the SuccessFactors app in the Microsoft Teams.
- Enter the Manage My Data prompt.
- Choose any quick action that contains a dropdown (for example: Change Email Addresses, Change Phone Number).
- Click Add.
- Select an option from a dropdown list.
- Move focus to another field.
- Click the same dropdown again and observe that the full list of options does not appear.
Note: you may also see similar behavior after repeatedly clicking the dropdown.
Resolution
The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 1H 2026 release.

Workaround: Reopen the quick action (close and open the dialog) to select the value from the dropdown.
