3727050 - Values in a custom object field are appearing as "Undefined"

Symptom

On the latest workbench of the job application, values in a custom foundation object field are not translated properly and instead appearing as "Undefined".

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Cause

The user is missing proper Role Based Permissions.

Resolution

Make sure the user has the following permissions:

  • Foundation Objects Types -> View permission for the object.
  • "Access to non-secured objects"
