3727072 - Offboarding Tasks Cannot Be Saved as Draft - Onboarding

Symptom

  • Users are required to complete all offboarding tasks at once.
  • There is no Save or Save Draft option available for offboarding tasks.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. In the Onboarding dropdown, select Offboarding.
  2. Locate the candidate and start the offboarding tasks.
  3. Observe that there is no Save Draft option to allow completing tasks later.

Resolution

This is expected behavior.

Currently, only Submit and Cancel buttons are supported by default in the Offboarding process. Save or Save as Draft functionality is not available.
