3727095 - SuccessFactors Mobile QR Code Activation Fails with Error: ‘The URL does not reference a valid account

Symptom

An error occurs during the SuccessFactors Mobile activation via QR Code:
Error message: "The URL does not reference a valid account. Check whether the account is expired or was deleted."

Reproducing the Issue

1. Log into SuccessFactors instance
2. Navigate to Settings -> Mobile -> Activate via Camera.
3. A pop-up window appears with the error
