Scrolling or Zooming in Limitations in Dynamic Visit Planning

Environment

SAP Sales and Service Cloud version 2

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Navigation Menu.
  2. Navigate to visits in version 2 or Dynamic visit planning cockpit in version 1.
  3. Attempt to zoom into the map.
  4. Observe that there are limitations.

Cause

If no visit list is present for the day or if my accounts/all accounts is not selected, then the zoom is restricted to 5 kms. When either of them is present, then there is no restriction on zoom level.

Resolution

This is the current system behaviour.
