In an SAP HANA System Replication environment the replication status may report an error state.
Typical observations include:
overall system replication status: ERROR
status system replication site '<site_id>': ERROR
The script systemReplicationStatus.py reports the state ERROR or UNKNOWN.
System Replication does not reach or maintain the state SYNCHRONIZED.
In trace files such as nameserver*.trc, timeout messages related to System Replication communication may appear.
