Symptom

  • Freight orders unexpectedly change status from "Executed" back to "In-Execution" when carriers manually mark loads as delivered in the external freight tracking system and the transportation management system receives the UNLOAD_END post-arrival event.
  • This behavior impacts the invoicing process, as only "Executed" loads are eligible for invoicing.
