Symptom

  • Standard programs /UI5/APP_INDEX_CALCULATE, /UI5/UPD_ODATA_METADATA_CACHE, and /UIF/CLEAN_LREP do not perform authorization checks during background execution.
  • Authorization checks are performed during foreground execution but are omitted in background mode.
