Symptom

  • Users are unable to share tickets after completing the booking workflow as a guest.
  • When booking with an account, the ticket sharing functionality works correctly, and a pop-up appears to share the marked ticket.
  • When booking as a guest, the workflow ends without displaying the pop-up to share the marked ticket.
