Symptom

  • Unable to access the VA15 (List of Sales Inquiries) tile in S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
  • The system does not allow opening the transaction or viewing the list of sales inquiries despite all standard roles being assigned to the user ID.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Attempt to access the VA15 (List of Sales Inquiries) tile in S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
  2. Observe that the system does not allow opening the transaction or viewing the list of sales inquiries, even though all standard roles are assigned to the user ID.

Cause

Resolution

  1. Open the Manage Sales Inquiry App.
  2. Select a sales inquiry.
  3. In the top left-hand corner, click the "Menu" drop-down.
  4. Navigate to "Environment".
  5. Select "List".
  6. Click on "Inquiry".
  7. The App will be displayed.
