Symptom
- Unable to access the VA15 (List of Sales Inquiries) tile in S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
- The system does not allow opening the transaction or viewing the list of sales inquiries despite all standard roles being assigned to the user ID.

Reproducing the Issue
- Attempt to access the VA15 (List of Sales Inquiries) tile in S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
- Observe that the system does not allow opening the transaction or viewing the list of sales inquiries, even though all standard roles are assigned to the user ID.
Cause
Resolution
- Open the Manage Sales Inquiry App.
- Select a sales inquiry.
- In the top left-hand corner, click the "Menu" drop-down.
- Navigate to "Environment".
- Select "List".
- Click on "Inquiry".
- The App will be displayed.
