3727606 - "404 Table not maintained. The requested resource is not available" Error When Launching Catalog in SRM

Symptom

  1. After implementing the SAP Note 3638716 - [CVE-2026-0513] Open Redirect Vulnerability in SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SICF Handler in SRM Catalog) the system returns the error "404 Table not maintained. The requested resource is not available" when attempting to launch the catalog.
  2. The error may only occur in the Buy on Behalf scenario.
