3727616 - Text Cut-Off Issue in Performance Portlets in Latest People Profile

Symptom

  • Text in the "Priorities" tile in the "Performance and Priorities" section of the Latest People Profile is not displaying correctly when exceeding a certain length
  • The text at the end of the entry runs off the edge of the portlet

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the "Performance and Priorities" section.
  2. Observe tiles where the text at the end of a long record runs off the edge of the portlet

Cause

The issue appears to occur due to the length of the field entry in the record

Resolution

  • SAP Engineering team has confirmed that the solution to this issue will be provided in the next release 1H 2026
  • Longer texts will cut off shorter followed by 3 dots (...) so spacing is more efficient in the portlet.
