When a candidate changes their answers to prescreening questions through their application profile after the initial submission, the changes are recorded in the Audit Trail.
If the field "questionResponse = anonymize=true" is configured in the application template, the screening responses will be anonymized in the application screening details and in reports. However, the application Audit Trail is still retaining the original responses.
