3727860 - Fiori Tile "Cannot Load Tile" Error despite Green Status in /UI2/FLIA and /UI2/FLC

Symptom

  • When attempting to launch a standard Fiori application (e.g., Manage Batches - F2462) in a Quality or Production environment, the user encounters the generic error: "Cannot Load Tile."
  • A Fiori User works on Dev (EX: TestUser), this same TestUser fails in Quality with the same roles, why?

Initial troubleshooting by the Support Team or Basis Admin reveals the following contradictions:

  • Transaction PFCG for this user TestUser is exactly the same between DEV and QA
  • Transaction /UI2/FLIA (Intent Analysis): All traffic lights are Green. Semantic Object and Action are correctly mapped.

  • Transaction /UI2/FLC (Fiori Launchpad Check): No missing authorizations or broken Target Mappings are identified for the user.

  • Transaction SE80: The BSP Repository (e.g., LOBM_BATCHS1) is physically present in the system.

  • Browser Console: Shows a 404 Not Found or Failed to load UI5 component error when clicking the tile.
