3727940 - Background Check portlet missing in job application after enabling Redesigned Workbench - Recruiting Management

After enabling the Redesigned Workbench, the Background Check portlet disappears from the job application page.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Switch the job application page to Redesigned Workbench
2. Initiate the background check for a job application
3. Observe that the Background Check portlet appears in the job application
4. Move the job application another status
5. Observe that the Background Check portlet disappears
6. Switch back to Legacy Workbench
7. Observe that the Background Check portlet appears again

The background check portlet only appears when recruiting roles have the backgroundCheck feature permission in the specific status.

• In Legacy Workbench, the Background Check portlet appears for all recruiting roles after the background check is initiated. 
• In the Redesigned Workbench, ensure that recruiting roles have the backgroundCheck feature permission for the specific status. 
• Configure this feature permission in the job requisition template.
