3728210 - Login dialogue still pops up when access story based on live data connection to SuccessFactors with SSO in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• A pop-up window appears asking for user credentials when accessing a story based on a live data connection to SuccessFactors using SSO.
• Both SAC and the remote data source use the same IAS as IDP and user ID as Name ID.

• SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise)
• SAP SuccessFactors

1. Log in to SAC.
2. Open the story based on the live data connection to SuccessFactors using SSO.
3. Observe that a pop-up window appears asking for user credentials, which is unexpected as SSO is configured.

The IAS URL configured in SF and SAC are different. 

Reconfigure the IAS for SF or SAC to make sure the same URL is used for both SAC and SF.
