1. Create a business rule named "Comp Default Pay Group Test" to default the pay group in the New Hire Data step based on specific criteria.
2. Assign the rule onInit in Business Configuration in compInfo.
3. Attempt to verify the defaulting of the pay group when opening the New Hire Data step.
