3728546 - Norwegian label issue for Label ID "label.checklist.OpenObservation"

Norwegian label "label.checklist.OpenObservation" is incorrectly in the system.

Currently label value:

label.checklist.OpenObservation = Åpen observasjon

Correct value: 

label.checklist.OpenObservation = Åpne observasjon

System defect.

Engineering team corrected the label value and it should be available in the next major release b2605.
