3728585 - Notifications received every 30 minutes in SAC tenant after enabling seamless planning

• Notifications are being received frequently in the SAC tenant for users with Admin role.
• The notifications state: "All of the latest changes to the role-based access control settings have been applied to models deployed to SAP Datasphere successfully."
• The issue occurs after Seamless planning is enabled.
• Notifications are received every 30 minutes when the Admin role is directly assigned to a user.
• The setting to disable notifications is already switched off, but notifications are still being received.

SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2026.2.10

1. Login to the SAC tenant using a user with Admin role.
2. Click the Notifications icon in the top-right area.
3. Observe notifications being output continuously every 30 minutes: "All of the latest changes to the role-based access control settings have been applied to models deployed to SAP Datasphere successfully."
