3728829 - Manage Billing Documents app not visible in IAM apps list in S/4HANA Public Cloud.

The Manage Billing Documents app is not visible under the IAM Apps tab in the Maintain Business Roles app for the role BR_BILLING_CLERK, even after assigning the relevant business catalog SAP_SD_BC_BIL_DOC_PC.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Verify that the SAP_SD_BC_BIL_DOC_PC catalog is assigned to the BR_BILLING_CLERK role in the Maintain Business Roles app.
2. Check the "IAM Apps" list under the role.
3. Observe that the app is not listed in the "IAM Apps" section.

This behavior is expected.

The app Manage Billing Documents is part of the business catalog SAP_SD_BC_BIL_DOC_PC and hence once the catalog is assigned, the app will be automatically included and authorized for the user. However, this business catalog currently does not support IAM Apps. Due to this technical limitation, apps contained within this catalog are not exposed in the IAM Apps list of a business role.
