- How to set a User's Status to Blocked ?
Environment
SAP Sales and Service Cloud Version 2
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to User Menu.
- Go to Settings.
- Go to All Settings.
- Go to Data Import and Export.
- Go to Import and Export Data.
- Click Export.
- Select Entity as User.
- Select Excel or CSV.
- Click Export.
- Open the exported Excel file.
- Observe that some users have the status "Blocked". You want to set some other users to Status - Blocked.
Resolution
- Go to User Menu.
- Go to Settings.
- Go to All Settings.
- Go to Users and Control.
- Go to Users.
- Open the respective User.
- Go to the User Details section.
- Scroll down and change the "Valid Until" date to a past date.
