3728898 - Incorrect exchange rate when creating sales document from C4C with manual pricing condition in foreign currency

Symptom

When creating a sales document from the standard CX IDoc (e.g. COD_CONTRACT_CREATEFROM_DAT), if the sales document currency is XXX and the manual pricing condition (ZXXX) is maintained in XXX Currency, the exchange rate in pricing is always determined incorrectly.

The same data, when processed manually via SD_SALESDOCUMENT_CREATE BAPI with proper parameter settings, produces the correct exchange rate as defined in TCURR.

  • Incorrect exchange rate occurs when creating sales documents from CX IDoc with manual pricing condition in foreign currency.
  • During simulation mode, the CX process correctly determines the exchange rate, but in creation mode, the exchange rate defaults to wrong Amount due to missing parameter mapping in the CX IDoc structure.
  • The issue impacts pricing and financial values for intercompany and foreign currency contracts.
