3728991 - KL002 "Tariff is only existing in prior year" in CAT9 when posting previous-year work dates to the next fiscal year despite active TKSVD

Symptom

When posting time entries in CAT9 with a work date in the previous fiscal year and a posting date in the next fiscal year, the system issues error KL002:

"Tariff is only existing in prior year"

In the same scenario, warning BK098 may also be displayed.

This can occur even though TKSVD is active and the valuation is configured so that Workdate/Document date is relevant for tariff determination.
