3729027 - Different dependency table message is displayed in KS14 when deleting a cost center

Symptom

When attempting to delete a cost center in transaction KS14, the system may display message KS133 or related dependency messages with table COEJ, for example:

“Deletion is not possible (dependent records exist in table COEJ)”

This can be observed even in cases where users previously expected another dependency table to be shown first, such as CSSL, ANLZ, or T811C.
