Symptom

Customer migrating from Onboarding 1.0 to Onboarding 2.0 expects to see a configurable “My View” dropdown (Reports, Process, Document Center, Notifications, Security, Settings, My Profile) similar to Onboarding 1.0 in the Onboarding 2.0 UI

Expected Behavior

Resolution

  • This is the expected behavior in Onboarding 2.0. The “My View” dropdown from Onboarding 1.0 is not available and cannot be configured or replicated in Onboarding 2.0. 
  • We recommends submitting an enhancement request so that the Product Management team can evaluate the requirement for a future release
