3729087 - Deleted financial plan data is not removed from cost center report S_ALR_87013611

Plan data is uploaded using the Import financial plan data Fiori app and stored in table ACDOCP.

After executing report R_FINS_PLAN_TRANS_CO_S4H_2_ERP, the uploaded plan data is reflected in the classic cost center report S_ALR_87013611.

Later, the same plan data is deleted using the Delete financial plan data Fiori app. The entries are removed from ACDOCP, but the values remain visible in report S_ALR_87013611 even after executing R_FINS_PLAN_TRANS_CO_S4H_2_ERP again.

As a result, an inconsistency is observed between ACDOCP and the classic cost center report.
