3729154 - Unloading point field(VBPA-ABLAD) is only available for Ship-to Party Address dialog

Symptom

When create/change/display a SD Sales document, in Address Dialog for a partner, Unloading Point field is available only for Ship-To party like in following screenshot. For other partners, the field is not visible.
