SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

3729541 - There are several leave requests, where the leave request status does not change to 'APPROVED' inspite of successful approval , while the workitem is completed.

Symptom

The manager approve the workflow based leave request via Fiori My Inbox, but the request status remains in status "SENT", while the connected workflow status is "Completed". Sometimes the workflow  status stucks in status "Start" also.

The problem occurs randomly and it can not be reproduced in the system.
