Symptom

Direct Order was generated instead of a Ghosted PCard Order from the requisition with the below settings:

  • Application.Procure.OrderMethods parameter was configured to have ariba.pcard.ordering.AribaSSPGhostPCard as the first value
  • Supplier Location was configured to accept PCard with PCard Compliance Level set to 1
