3729689 - Is it possible to add goal fields in the table layout? - The Latest Experience of Performance Management Form

• Goal Name, Weight, and Rating are displayed on the front screen of the Latest Experience of Performance Review forms.
• Clicking on an individual goal item displays all fields in the side panel.
• Inquiry regarding adding the Status field to the front screen or adjusting the fields displayed on the performance form's front screen.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Access the Latest Experience of Performance Review form in the SuccessFactors Performance & Goals module.
2. Observe that the Goal Name, Weight, and Rating fields are displayed on the goal section front screen (table).
3. Click on an individual goal item to open the side panel and view all fields.
4. Attempt to add the Status field to the front screen or adjust the fields displayed on the performance form's front screen.

The inability to add the Status field or adjust the fields displayed on the front screen is due to the current design limitations of the SuccessFactors Performance & Goals module. The Manage Templates functionality and PM form template XML do not support customization of the goal section layout to include additional fields in the same row as the ratings.

• The current design does not support adding goal fields in the goal section on the front screen.
• There are no option to do this through manage templates and through the Performance Management form XML template.
• If this functionality is critical for business operations, submit an enhancement request to SAP.
