3729861 - MCM Cloud – All apps fail to open with “Die App konnte leider nicht geöffnet werden”

Symptom

  • After opening MKV Cloud, selecting any app tile results in an error popup:
    • “Fehler – Die App konnte leider nicht geöffnet werden. Details anzeigen”
    • Details sometimes show: “Das Navigationsziel ‘…-manage?app-id=…’ konnte nicht aufgelöst werden.”
  • The issue is intermittent; when it occurs, all apps are affected.
  • Switching browsers or clearing cache does not help.
