|    If the exception cannot be prevented, "CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL" must be caught                   |
|     within                                                                                       |
|    procedure "SET_OAUTH2C_INFO" "(METHOD)" or declared in the procedure's RAISING                |
|     clause.                                                                                      |
|    To prevent the exception, note the following:                                                 |
