1381 Exception
The CMPL_STAT_ID field is required for online items when ONLINE_CPNT_LEN is specified.
>>this warning mentions "online items"; however applies to items classification/types like Other/task - no duration update on record
>>this warning mentions "online items"; is also given on updated ILT-only items (which include duration already) if value is provided for online_cpnt_len in a connector update - duration not updated
>>this warning mentions "online items"; is also given on new ILT-only items (which include duration already) if value is provided for online_cpnt_len in a connector update - record not created

1382 Warning
When both ONLINE_CPNT_LEN and CPNT_LEN are provided for online items, the ONLINE_CPNT_LEN value overrides the CPNT_LEN value.
