• Uploading the downloaded template in the Fiori app “Import/Export Validation Settings” (ID: F3663) fails with the error: “Upload failed. Data structure has changed. Use latest version of file.”
• No content or structural changes were made to the downloaded file before upload.
• There is no indication of an authorization error (for example, SU53 shows no issues).
• Templates downloaded from different systems appear identical when compared.
• The file downloaded from a system cannot be uploaded back into the same system; the same error appears.
