3730173 - Phone Information and Social Account Information Visible for Contingent Workers in Latest People Profile

Symptom

In the Latest People Profile, the Contact Information card for contingent workers shows additional sections (Phone Information and Social Accounts) when editing.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Contingent Workforce
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the Latest People Profile of a contingent worker.
  2. Navigate to Contact Information.
  3. Click Edit and observe that Phone Information and Social Accounts sections are visible, although they were not shown in the legacy profile.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 1H 2026 release.

Workaround

Temporarily disable the option "Enable the latest Editing and History UI for Employee Central HRIS entities on Full Profile (Except Compensation Information)" in Configure Latest People Profile.
