3730178 - Newly added Dependents are not visible under "Edit Enrolled Family Members" during Open Enrollment - Employee Central

The employee added a new time slice on their Dependents Portlet to add a new Dependent, but the dependents are not available to enroll in the "Edit Enrolled Family Members". 

SuccessFactors Employee Central - Global Benefits

1. Go to the Employee Profile;
2. Add a new time slice with new dependents;
3. See that the "Benefit Employee Profile" Object was updated accordingly;
4. Go to the the open enrollment screen, or try to edit an already enrolled benefit;
5. See that the new dependents are on the "Review Family Members" section;
6. But when enrolling the benefit, they are not on the "Edit Enrolled Family Members" screen.

The Dependents were added with a Time Slice after the Enrollment Effective Date. All Dependents need to be effective on the same day or before the Enrollment Effective date. 

Either add the dependents with a time slice on or before the enrollment effective from, or edit the enrollment with a new effective date.

In case the Existing enrollment has reached the dependents limit, or the new dependent type is not allowed for that plan, you may need to adjust the configuration to allow more dependents or the dependent type.
