3730273 - Three dotsappear for custom background element with long label in latest people profile

Three dots are displayed when custom background element's label is too long on the latest people profile. If you click on the three dots, a blank box will pop up.

1. Open any user's latest people profile.
2. Navigate to a custom background element card.
3. Ensure the card’s header label is very long.
4. Note that there are three dots on the top right order, click on the three dots, a blank box is displayed.

This has been identified as a defect and will be fixed in 2026 2H release.
