3730405 - Story page scrollbars are inconsistent between preview and view mode in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

Symptom

There is a difference in scrollbars appearing in the story on the side and on the bottom of the page when viewing it in lite viewer mode vs when viewing it in full viewer mode.
In lightweight viewer, there is an extra scrollbar on the bottom.
