3730483 - EmpGlobalAssignment custom fields with Visibility set as "Edit" are not upsertable in OData API

Symptom

When creating custom fields in globalAssignmentInfo (EmpGlobalAssignment) as Visibility=Edit, they are still not shown as Upsertable=true in OData API.
