3730564 - Periodic Allocation Results app does not show allocation cycles and raises “Allocation cycle does not exist”

When opening the Fiori app F5854 – Periodic Allocation Results or F5854A – Periodic Allocation Results, the app does not display any allocation cycle and shows a message such as:

• “No allocation cycles can be found”

• “No filters available”

In the background, the OData service may return the error:

• KALC_VIA_MSGS/000 – “Allocation cycle does not exist”

This can happen even though allocation cycles already exist and were created in allocation management apps.
