3730582 - Custom field is not editable in Receiver Basis in app F3338 – Manage Allocation

Symptom

In the Fiori app F3338 – Manage Allocation, the Portion field in the Receiver Basis tab is editable for some custom-field-based combinations, but remains disabled for another custom field.

This can occur although related enablements such as OData services, CDS views, and custom field exposure appear to be maintained consistently.
