3730609 - Recipe Planning Revaluation is not available from KP06/KP26 with error SFIN_FI004 in SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

In SAP S/4HANA, when trying to start Recipe Planning Revaluation from the menu in KP06 or KP26, the system displays the following error:

“Function is not available”
Message no. SFIN_FI004

At the same time, transaction KPRZ can still be started directly without the same error.
