3730646 - VMSL-0 and VMSL-1 missing in Variable Portion Type in Manage Allocation

Symptom

In Manage Allocation, the values VMSL-0 and VMSL-1 are missing from the dropdown list of Variable Portion Type in Receiver Basis.

In the same scenario, the fields Plan Category and Base Unit of Measure are greyed out, so Reference Plan values cannot be entered.
